I am not liable for any damages caused by my fursuits. Any stumbling, falling, slipping, tripping, or overheating is not my responsibility, please stay hydrated and be safe when fursuiting!
All payment will be taken before the fursuit can be shipped. In case of a payment plan, we can agree on it together and the buyer is expected to pay within the agreed dates.

Shipping is not included in the price and it will be charged additionally. Once an item is sent to the third party courier any damages or delays are considered the responsibility of the courier. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged products.
If you fail to pay within a month of the agreed payment date, the suit will be my property and I can sell it with or without altering the character design.
I can give you a time estimate on how long the creation process will last, but these aren't close deadlines and can be altered at any point. For a head, this usually is from 1 to 3 months. For paws and tail it could be anywhere from a week to two months.
For the suit to be fit for you, I will need accurate measurements of your face/other body parts. I can't promise that the sizing will be perfect, but if it were to be unwearable or really uncomfortable, please contact me immediately upon arrival. Paw and tail commissions are one-size-fits-all.
If the suit were to be damaged for up to 3 months from the arrival date to you due to my fault, you may send it to me for repair. Shipping costs will be divided between buyer and seller.
After the 3 month Warranty, you might still contact me any time you need a repair. I will asses the damage and give you a quote. You will pay shipping both ways.
Please allow 1 to 5 working days for me to finish your commission. I can be quicker upon request, but I might ask for an extra payment. Also life can get in the way and in rare occasions I might take longer. I will always communicate this with you.
I will send one sketch for you to approve the pose, with up to three changes. Then I will ink and shade, and you might again ask for three changes with the final illustration, but these will not change the main pose, as this has been approved by then. This might change if it's been my mistake, for example if I forgot a detail from your character. This might also differ for character creation, as the process takes longer. With YCHs I will not send sketches unless I feel like I need to or you request them.
All payments will have to be upfront, unless your commission is 100£ or more, in which case we can discuss a payment plan.
