PingX uses your internet/network connection to perform speed tests, including:

• Packet loss

The app may access network and Wi-Fi information necessary to provide its network testing and Wi-Fi-related functionality.

3. Advertising and Google Mobile Ads

PingX uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements.

Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect certain information from your device, including:

• IP address

• Device and account identifiers, including advertising ID where available

• App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and interactions with advertisements

• Diagnostic and performance information

This information may be collected and shared by Google for purposes including:

• Advertising and marketing

• Analytics

• Fraud prevention, security, and compliance

The Google Mobile Ads SDK encrypts collected data in transit using TLS. Android users can reset or delete their advertising ID through Android settings, and advertising ID collection can be affected by the user's device privacy settings.

Google's handling of information collected through its advertising services is also subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.

4. Data Sharing

PingX does not sell or rent users' personal information.

However, information may be collected and shared by third-party services integrated into the application, including Google Mobile Ads, for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.

We may also use third-party service providers necessary to operate and improve the application.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the application.

Data transmitted by third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.

Users should exercise caution when performing network tests on unsecured or public Wi-Fi networks.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

PingX does not require users to create a personal account.

Network test history that is stored locally by the application can be removed by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application.

Information collected by third-party services, such as Google Mobile Ads, may be retained according to the applicable third party's policies.

7. Your Choices

You can:

• Disable or revoke location permissions through Android settings.

• Reset or delete your Android Advertising ID through Android settings where supported.

• Uninstall PingX to remove locally stored application data.

• Contact us regarding privacy questions or requests.

8. Children's Privacy

PingX is not specifically directed toward children under the applicable age of consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of creating personal profiles.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the application, third-party services, or applicable requirements.

Any updated version will be published with a revised effective date.
