The database serves PBST multiple purposes. It not only stores and displays the points for PBST but it is also the main meeting place during a mega training as it has teleporters going to wherever the trainers choose. Simplifying the process.
The activity center is a new facility that also serves multiple purposes. You can patrol the activity center and defense it against the zombies or even raiders attempting to melt it down as you would at PBCC. It's other purpose it it has many training activities so a trainer would never run out of ideas when hosting.
This facility originally named "Project Crater" is one of the older facilities. It doesn't have as much activity's compared to the newer one, but it is sufficient enough to do it's job.
