DUES MUST BE PAID BY 30 APRIL 2026

At Pinewood, we value our relationships with our neighbours.  As such, we invite you to pay your yearly dues online as we accept all major credit cards.  A convenience fee will be added to your payment by the processing company and is not a fee that Pinewood collects.  When paid online, an electronic receipt and email will be sent to you upon payment.

• Paid in full by 15 April - $525 

• Payments after 30 April will be assessed $75 

• Payments after 1 July will be assessed an additional 1.5% per month fee until paid in full

• PLEASE NOTE - ALL CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS WILL BE ASSESSED A PROCESSING FEE OF $4.95 PER TRANSACTION

• The board will revert to the By-Laws and act accordingly, which will include all cures available under Michigan State Law, up to and including HOA liens on your home. Blight will be addressed and added to HOA fees. Township will be notified if residents do not comply with city ordinances.
