Pineiro's Kitchen was founded in March of 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic and has been operated ever since, by two strong women, who share a special bond. Mother, Christina, the Director of Operations and Finances and daughter, Yesenia, the Chef and Culinary Instructor are the proud co-owners of Pineiro's Kitchen. In the beginning, we made and sold a total of 100 Pastelitos, a day on a regular basis for the 3 months of lockdown. We eventually expanded and created a catering menu that represented our Island of Puerto Rico. In the first two years of business, we made and sold a total of 20,000 Pastelitos, of different fillings and shapes. In October of 2023, we rebranded and created a cooking program called "Finding Your Inner Chef".

Pineiro's Kitchen has been featured on different platforms, such as Boston 25 News, Hot 96.9, and CanvasRebels, where we share our love for our community and our food, as we firmly believe that food is more than just a bite to eat. Food is what feeds the mind, body, and soul. Food also brings people TOGETHER!
