Rates and Fees

Cleaning Fee: On top of our daily rate, we charge a $200 cleaning fee per reservation. Cleaning fee may be increased for longer stays and bigger groups. Please note, we maintain rigorous Covid-19 cleaning standards to ensure our guests' safety.

Pet Fee: We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs with a $50 fee per dog.

Security Deposit: In order to ensure our home is taken care of, we charge a $300 refundable security deposit. This deposit is refunded upon the cleaning crew's inspection of the home.
