Camera and Photos: We require access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to capture and upload images for your pins and profile picture.
User-Generated Content: Any comments, likes, and custom pins you drop on the map are stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information We use the collected data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service, including the interactive map and social feeds.
To manage Your Account and verify your identity.
To send you push notifications regarding social interactions (likes, comments) on your pins.
To track gamified achievements and progress bars.
3. Third-Party Services We use third-party service providers to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform tasks on our behalf:

Cloud Firestore & Firebase Storage: Used to store your user profile, pins, comments, and uploaded images.

4. Data Deletion and Your Rights You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. Our Service gives You the ability to delete all information about You from within the Service. You can completely delete your account, which will permanently remove your user profile, dropped pins, and uploaded images from our active servers.
5. Governing Law The laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Privacy Policy and Your use of the Service.

8. Child Safety Standards Pin-it has a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any user found uploading, sharing, or promoting such content will be immediately permanently banned, and their account details and content will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local equivalents. Users can report any concerning content directly within the app using the 'Report' button on any pin or comment.
