END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THESE LICENSE TERMS CAREFULLY

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING AND/OR USING THE APP AND MAKING IN-APP PURCHASES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, STOP USING THE APP AND DELETE IT AND DO NOT CONTINUE TO MAKE IN-APP PURCHASES.

WHO AM I AND WHAT THIS AGREEMENT DOES

I, Kseniya Smirnova, developer (hereinafter referred to as I, mine, me, me) of the Cut paste photos application (hereinafter referred to as the application). I undertake:

• provide you with clear and accurate information about the cost of the game and add-ons;

• ensure that paid and unpaid options are presented clearly and receive equal attention;

• do not exploit or pressure children playing games into making a purchase or persuading others to make purchases for them, and,

• accept payments from you only with your knowledge and express permission.

HOW YOU CAN USE THE APPLICATION

You can use the application unlimitedly for personal purposes only. You may not disassemble, modify or decompile the application, nor transfer it to a third party or sell it.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I may need to change these terms to reflect changes in legislation or best practice, or to accommodate additional features I introduce.

I MAY COLLECT TECHNICAL DATA ABOUT YOUR DEVICE

By using the Application or any of the Services, you agree that I collect and use technical information about the devices on which you use the Application, as well as related software, hardware and peripherals, to improve my products, as provided in our May Privacy Statement privacy.

BY USING THE APPLICATION YOU CAN GRANTE THE FOLLOWING PERMISSIONS:

I use camera resolution, recording to the internal memory of the device and selecting photos from the photo gallery so that you can edit photos and save them to your phone.

MARKETING AND THIRD PARTY CONTENT

The application is available for free. The Application may include third-party content or materials, such as general advertisements, that are not specifically tailored to your individual preferences. This third-party content is hosted by default.

Alternatively, if you wish to use the Application without having to view such third-party content at all, you may block such content by making an in-app purchase.

SUBSCRIPTION

The App may offer subscription-based access to its content and features.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OTHER WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS TO WHICH YOU Navigate. THIS APPLIES TO ADVERTISING IN THE APPLICATION

The App may contain links to other independent websites or apps that are not provided by me. Such independent websites or applications are not under my control and I am not responsible for and have not reviewed or approved their content or privacy policies (if any).

You will need to make your own independent decisions about whether to use such independent sites or applications, including whether to purchase any products or services offered by them.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights throughout the world in the Application and Documentation are owned by me, and rights in the Application are licensed (not sold) to you. You do not have any intellectual property rights in the Application and Documentation other than the right to use them in accordance with these terms and conditions.

I am not responsible for business losses. The application is intended for home and private use. If you use the Application for any commercial, business or resale purposes, I will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Application limitations. The application is for entertainment purposes only. He does not give advice on which you should rely. You should obtain professional or specialist advice before taking or refraining from taking any action based on information obtained from the Application. Although I make reasonable efforts to update the information provided by the Application, I make no representations, warranties, express or implied that such information is accurate, complete or current.

Please make a backup of the content and data used in the application. I recommend that you back up any content and data used on the Application to protect yourself in the event of problems with the Application.

I am not responsible for events beyond my control. If my support for the Application is delayed due to an event beyond my control, I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided I do this, I will not be responsible for delays caused by the event.

Premium SUBSCRIPTION:

Premium subscription is optional: you can always use the application without it, but you will not be able to save images turned on.

If you purchase a subscription, you will be able to save images to the photo gallery of the application

The subscription renews automatically every month.You can turn it off if necessary.

Subscription prices are specified in the Application.

Prices may vary by country and/or region and actual costs may be converted to local currency depending on your country of residence.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (week, month or year, respectively). Renewal fees will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

You can turn off auto-renewal of your subscription at any time using iTunes.

If you turn off auto-renewal, your subscription will terminate and benefits will be removed after the current active period. The currently active subscription period cannot be cancelled. Once your subscription expires, you will no longer be able to use content marked as Premium, you will no longer be able to save the image.
