P.I.M Sidekick is designed to help users manage and organize personal and professional relationships by storing contact information, notes, reminders, service history, preferences, ratings, tags, and related information.

P.I.M Sidekick is designed to store user data locally on your device.

The App does not operate its own cloud servers for storing your contacts, notes, reminders, photos, or service history information.

Information entered into the App remains on your device unless you choose to export, share, back up, or otherwise transfer that information.

P.I.M Sidekick does not transmit user-entered profile data to the app developer.

3. Device Permissions

P.I.M Sidekick may request certain permissions to provide App functionality.

Contacts

Used only if you choose to import contacts from your device.

Camera

Used only if you choose to capture photos for profiles or gallery entries.

Photos and Media

Used only if you choose to import, save, or manage photos within the App.

Phone

Used only to launch your device's phone application when you choose to call a contact.

Messaging

Used only to launch your device's messaging application when you choose to text a contact.

Notifications

Used only for reminders and alerts if notification permissions are granted.

You may deny or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

4. How Information Is Used

Information stored within P.I.M Sidekick is used solely to provide App functionality, including:

Creating and managing contact profiles
Organizing personal and professional relationships
Saving notes and preferences

Managing reminders and follow-ups
Storing photos
Searching and filtering information
Exporting and importing data
Creating user backups

5. Data Sharing

P.I.M Sidekick does not sell personal information.

P.I.M Sidekick does not share user-entered information with advertising networks, data brokers, marketing companies, or third-party analytics providers.

Information stored in the App remains under your control unless you choose to:

Make phone calls
Send messages
Open websites or social media links
Create backup files

When you use external applications or services, their own privacy policies and practices apply.

6. Advertising ID

P.I.M Sidekick does not use, collect, access, or share the Google Advertising ID.

The App does not currently display advertisements or use advertising tracking technologies.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

If P.I.M Sidekick offers paid features, subscriptions, or premium services, all purchases are processed by Google Play.

P.I.M Sidekick does not directly collect, process, or store payment card information.

Google Play may collect information necessary to process transactions according to Google's own privacy policies.

8. Import, Export, and Backup Files

P.I.M Sidekick may allow users to import, export, and back up App data.

Backup and export files are created only when initiated by the user.

You are responsible for:

Where backup files are stored
Who has access to backup files
Protecting exported data
Managing third-party storage locations

9. PIN Lock and Incinerate Data Features

P.I.M Sidekick may include optional security and privacy features, including PIN protection and data deletion tools.

If you choose to use a data deletion or "Incinerate Data" feature, information stored within the App may be permanently removed from your device.

Deleted data may not be recoverable.

Users should maintain backups of important information before deleting data.

10. Security

P.I.M Sidekick uses reasonable application-level measures to help protect information stored within the App.

However, no method of storage or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for:

Securing their devices
Protecting backup files

P.I.M Sidekick is not directed toward children or individuals below the minimum age required by applicable law in their jurisdiction.

Removing the App may delete locally stored data, subject to Android operating system behavior and device backup settings.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of P.I.M Sidekick after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
