PILCS Social Club Membership 2026

On behalf of PILCS Social Club, we would like to draw your attention to a new Membership Scheme that will begin on January 1st , 2026. The only people currently obliged to have a membership of the club are those who represent us on the sporting field. Others have continued to purchase a yearly membership, and we would like to thank you all for your contributions. We have been asked on numerous occasions to list the benefits of being a member. We have taken this into consideration and have decided to introduce a new system, similar to the one practised in many other local clubs, based on the purchase of a membership card.                                                                                                                 The card will cost £15 for the year, and the benefits will be as follows ….

• Cheaper beer prices (eg a non-member will now be required to pay at least 20p extra per pint). 

• A new members / non-members price list will be produced in readiness for the new scheme

•  Eligibility for promotional offers

•  The opportunity to book the function room at a discounted rate.

All sporting members will continue to have to pay £8 for a sports membership, but this will be included in the Social Club membership should you wish to join. 

If you would like to become a PILCS Social Club member for 2026, please put £15 CASH in a sealed envelope with your name on the front and place it in the membership box which can be found on the bar in the lounge. This must be done by Friday, December 12th in order that we may issue the cards by December 31st .                                                               Please also be aware that you must carry your card at all times as the bar staff will require to swipe it at the tills in order to ascertain your membership. Your initial card will be issued free of charge, but should you lose your card, you will be required to pay £3 for a replacement.
