This Privacy Policy describes how PilateSafe handles data for apps distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

PilateSafe does not collect personal information from users during normal app operation.
The app stores only local device data related to the user experience, including selected theme preferences and a local daily AI usage counter.
The app does not collect or transmit health data, contact data, location data, camera or microphone input, or device identifiers for analytics.
PilateSafe is built for offline-first operation. Exercise guidance, contraindication information, and program content are bundled locally in the app.
If on-device AI is enabled, the model assets are also loaded from local app files and are not requested from a remote service.
The app does not transmit your selected conditions, entered text, or personal health information to external servers during normal use.
Network calls are limited to loading bundled assets from the app package and any future updates the app may request through standard update channels.
PilateSafe does not share user data with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
No third-party SDKs are used for data collection by default. The app does not sell personal or sensitive user data.
The app is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Local settings and counters are retained on the device until the app is uninstalled or cleared by the user.
To delete all locally stored data, uninstall the app or clear the app storage in your device settings.
The app uses standard Ionic/Capacitor WebView storage mechanisms and local browser storage. It does not use device sensors, contacts, location, camera, microphone, or other sensitive permissions as part of its core functionality.
This policy may be updated to reflect new legal requirements or app features. The effective date above will be revised when changes are made.
