At Pilates 34, we aim to help people learn healthy movement patterns to live by.
Located in Clarke County, Virginia, and founded by Jillian Lee, a certified Comprehensive Peak Pilates Instructor, Pilates 34 is devoted to helping others find their inner strength, build their core, achieve flexibility, and prevent injury—all through the practice of Pilates!
As part of my practice and teaching, I incorporate elements of Franklin Method. This is a highly effective approach to movement education focusing on the body and function. It assists with movement efficiency as well as addressing discomfort by embodying the natural rhythm of the body. It can help improve movements you already practice in everyday life.

Meet The Instructor Jillian Lee
My Pilates journey began over ten years ago and today, it’s one of the most rewarding aspects of my life. After a single mat class, I knew that my mind, body and soul needed the strength and flexibility that I gain while doing Pilates. I found the more Pilates I did, the deeper and more rewarding it has become for me. After many years of different exercise routines, Pilates offers me the greatest physical and mental challenge to this day.
As a business owner, wife, and mother of three beautiful children, Pilates has helped me regain and strengthen my core which assists me in countless ways everyday. But not only has Pilates offered me core strength, it has allowed me to focus on my inner strength in ways that I couldn't even imagine at first. It has helped me grow personally and professionally, balance everyday work demands with my active family life, feel more energized and positive, and it has even motivated me to start running.
Now, my appreciation for Pilates and my passion for always learning has motivated me to teach others how to appreciate what Pilates can do for them. It brings me great joy to share my passion for this movement system with others; to see them grow and prosper and use it in their everyday lives.
