Zenith Forge Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we handle personal data when you install and/or use the “PikAI: AI Video Effects” mobile application (the “App”).
"Personal data" means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
This Policy applies to all users of the App (“Users”). For purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the data controller unless stated otherwise.

If you use features that allow you to upload or edit photos/videos:
Videos are encrypted and temporarily cached on cloud servers for up to 24 hours after creation.
After 24 hours, any uploaded photo, video, or related data (including face data) is deleted.
We do not use your photo/video content for any purpose beyond providing the App’s functionality.
We process this data to deliver the core functionality of the App:
Activity Info: Technical access to your camera or photo library is used only if you grant permission and upload content.
Photos/Videos: We only process images/videos you choose to modify. Files are encrypted using a key stored on your device and automatically deleted within 24 hours of last use.
Contact Information: If you reach out via email or form, we may process your name, email, and message content. This data is securely stored and used to respond to inquiries.
We may use third-party analytics/advertising tools that process:
Device info: model, OS version, screen details, battery, memory usage, etc.
Network info: IP address, carrier, browser, session details.
Location: based on IP, SIM, or system data.
App info: usage data, crash logs, and events like purchases.
Cookies and trackers: used for functionality, analytics, and personalized ads.
Some third parties may combine this data with previously collected data (e.g., via Facebook). We do not control third-party data handling and are not responsible for it. See Section IV for third-party details.
All in-app purchases are handled through Apple. We do not store or access payment details. Please refer to the App Store for Apple’s in-app purchase policies.
We use your data to:
a) Deliver the App’s services
b) Improve, test, and monitor performance
c) Deliver personalized content and advertising
d) Communicate with you via email
e) Prevent fraud, enforce terms, and ensure safety
If new purposes arise, we’ll update this Policy accordingly.
We do not share user photos/videos except when encrypted and temporarily for core functionality.
Your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the U.S., where data protection laws may differ.
We ensure reasonable safeguards are in place with third-party providers to protect your data during such transfers.
Photos/videos and related data are deleted 24 hours after use.
Other data is retained only as long as needed to provide services or comply with legal obligations.
You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention exceptions.

We apply industry-standard measures to protect your data. Data is encrypted where possible. However, no transmission is completely secure. In case of a breach, we will notify affected users as required by law.
The App is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately. Please contact us if you believe a child under 18 has submitted personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the App or other appropriate channels.
