This Privacy Policy explains how PikaUtils collects, uses, and protects your data when you use the bot on Discord. 

1. What Data We Collect

We only collect the minimum data necessary to operate and improve the bot. This may include:

• User ID – to track usage and preferences

• Server (Guild) ID – to store server-specific settings

• Channel ID – for commands that require channel context

• Command Usage Logs – for debugging, analytics, and feature improvement

We do not collect:

• Personal messages (DMs)

• Email addresses

• Names

• Payment information

• Any sensitive personal data

2. Why We Collect This Data

We use the collected data to:

• Enable bot features and commands

• Provide server-specific configurations

• Monitor performance and prevent abuse

• Improve and debug the bot

We never use your data for marketing or advertising.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored securely and only accessible to the bot owner and authorized maintainers.

We retain data only as long as necessary for functionality, after which it may be deleted automatically or manually.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.

The only exceptions are:

• When required by law (e.g., legal investigation)

• To protect the integrity of the bot and its users

5. Children’s Privacy

Our bot is intended for users 13 and older, in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under this age.

6. Your Rights (GDPR-Compliant)

If you're located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the data we have on you

• Request correction or deletion

• Object to certain data uses

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the bot after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
