The Editorial Board of the Journal (PIJAMSS) is delighted to produce the fifth editon of the journal of the Department of Accounting, Nigeria Police Academy Wudil-kano Nigeria. The delay has ostensibly been attributed to the late issuance of the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) which by law, has to be endorsed and identified on any subsequent copy of a registered Journal after the maiden edition.
It is our pleasure to inform our readers/contributors that the unique identification of the journal serial publications as a veritable tool for Bibliographic Control aimed at attaining Universal Bibliographic Control (UBC) and Universal Availability of Publication (VAP) was approved by the National Library of Nigeria on behalf of the ISSN in Nigeria.
The editorial board is further delighted with the immense response and contributions received from various scholars from all over the country. This is a further testimony of not only the high quality regard placed on the journal but also confirms it as a source of extending the frontiers of knowledge by publishing scholarly research, intellectually analytical propositions and sound academic prowess. The board deeply appreciates the quality and academic excellence in the published articles. While thanking all the authors, we encourage and solicit for your continued patronage and support in this academic endeavor.
It is in place to acknowledge with thanks, the immense contributions, advice and scholarly guidance provided by members of the Editorial Board and Reviewers/Advisers in making yet another edition a reality.
The support, encouragement and guidance of the former Dean of the Faculty, (Prof. S. M. Saye), the current Dean Prof. Umar Shehu Usman and members of the management team of the Academy, particularly the Ag. Co-ordinator (Prof. Umar Muhammad Sani Indabawa) are highly appreciated. We also acknowledge with thanks, the contributions, encouragement and words of advice offered by several individuals in various capacities to enable a successful publication.
Once more, the Board deeply appreciates the support and patronage of the contributors/authors and calls for more contributions from all and sundry in future publications. Our thanks and appreciation, go to the publishers/printers of the journal and all those that have made significant contributions in one way or the other in this publication. We pray to the Almighty to reward all and continue to give His support to all for success at all times.
Thank you very much indeed.
