• The 0.4.00 is based on PuTTY 0.60, and bug fixes for PieTTY 0.3.x

• (b9+) 開啟 選項 » 亞洲語系修正 » 「可選用非等寬字型」 後，可以選任何等寬或不等寬的字形。 這有助於選取一些 實際上是等寬但字型本身設定錯誤導致 PuTTY/PieTTY 無法選用的字型，如文泉驛等寬。

• (b10+) 內建可攜式設定的能力 (也可參考 Jedi's PieTTY Portable ，將任意版本的 PieTTY/PuTTY 製成 Portable)。只要在 PieTTY*.exe 同目錄下放一個與 exe 同名的 INI 空檔 (或叫 PieTTY.INI)， PieTTY 就不再會讀寫 Registry 的設定而是使用 INI 檔。
