Pietro Bomprezzi

My name is Pietro Bomprezzi, I am currently the project lead for the Ukraine Support Tracker at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. I hold a PhD candidate from the University of Milan-Bicocca under the supervision of Prof. Silvia Marchesi, where I am also a research associate at the European Center for European Studies (CefES)

My research interests lie at the intersection of international finance, development economics, and political economy. 

In my current research agenda, I study the political and economic determinants of European bilateral aid projects through the use of a newly introduced, geocoded dataset on European ODA projects.
