Event Info
The evening attendance is capped at 120 participants, organized to have 12 tables, with 10 people at each table. Each table will be their own “team” in a cocktail mixing competition between tables/”teams”. Each team is required to bring their unique libation to the competition to see who will be crowned the inaugural winner. (Cocktail Competition rules are forthcoming.)
Each table is $1,000, however you can spread the cost over 10 folks at your table so your net cost is only $100! Some table sponsors are paying the full amount for their group, others are sharing the cost. To purchase a table, please write a check payable to Pierpont Bay Community Council for $1,000 and email Dan at guitardan123@gmail.com

6PM - Cocktail Competition prep
6:30PM - Dinner service begins
7PM - Cocktail competition tasting / voting
7:30PM - 9PM - Awards ceremony, silent and live auction winners
9PM..... - Stay, mingle and dance!
