Q: Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?
A: We recommend making an appointment so we can give your pet the time and attention they deserve. Walk-ins may be accommodated if our schedule allows, but we can’t guarantee immediate availability.
Q: 🐷 I'm bringing my pigs in - what do I need to do?
A: When you arrive, please enter in at the East entrance and park in the back. It is recommended you use as little shavings as possible in your trailer - you should be able to see the floor of your trailer. *For pig appointments, please disregard any communications that instruct you to drop off your pet between 7:30AM-8:00AM.
Q: What should I bring to my pet’s first visit?
A: Please bring any previous medical records, vaccine history and a list of medications your pet is taking - this can be emailed to piedmontvet@att.net. This helps us get the most complete picture of your pet’s health.
Q: How often should my pet have a wellness exam?
A: We recommend yearly exams for most adult pets, and more frequent visits for puppies, kittens, and senior pets. Regular check-ups are the best way to keep your pet healthy.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?

Q: What if my pet needs emergency care?
A: If your pet has a life-threatening emergency (difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, sudden collapse, toxin ingestion), please go directly to the nearest emergency veterinary hospital. If it’s a non-life-threatening urgent concern, call us right away and we’ll do our best to see your pet as quickly as possible.
Q: How do I request an appointment?
