About SERVES

SERVES (Student Engagement, Responsibility and Volunteerism in our Elementary Schools), a Tri-school parent run organization is composed of three individual groups serving their respective Elementary Schools, Havens, Beach and Wildwood.  We support PUSD’s goals, including building community and cultivating a global citizenry.

This year, Tri-School SERVES has gone virtual!  During this unusual time, SERVES, like others has changed and continues to adapt to our very different existence.  This year we are excited to introduce a series of SERVES event and opportunities.  Each quarter we will introduce a new focus.  Our first focus is READ (Winter Book Drive) , then NEED (Virtual Winter Festival ), SEED (Earth Day is April 22) and FEED (Food Drive) .

Participation is optional and open to all Piedmont Students - please participate only to the extent that you are comfortable and can keep everyone healthy and safe. 

Many thanks to all of our Principals Anne Dolid, Michael Corritone, and Carol Cramer for everything they do for our Students and Community and for their continued support of SERVES and to the Teachers, Staff, Parent Clubs and Organizations and Parent Volunteers.  And a big thank you to all of you Students and Parents - this is an amazing time in which we live.

SERVES looks forward to continuing to support the Piedmont and larger community by hosting events, drives and other activities that complement the virtual school year and novel ways to keep everyone healthy, safe, busy, engaged and happy - and thinking about community.
