• App/Application: Pidget app, refers to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT identified above.

• You: a person or entity that is registered with Pidget to use the Services.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Pidget without regard to its conflict of laws provision. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in connection with any action or dispute arising between the parties under or in connection with this Privacy Policy except for those individuals who may have rights to make claims under Privacy Shield, or the Swiss-US framework.

The Pidget App does not collect any personal information from its users. We do not require you to provide any personal data such as your name, email address, or contact information to use the App. We do not use any third-party services that collect personal data.

The App may collect non-personal information automatically, such as device information (including the device model, operating system version, unique device identifier), usage data (including the features of the App you use and the actions you take within the App), and crash data (in the event of a technical issue). This information is used solely for the purpose of improving the functionality and performance of the App and is not linked to any individual user.

Use of Information

Any information collected by the Pidget App is used solely for the purpose of improving the user experience and functionality of the App. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any personal or non-personal information to third parties.
