Privacy Policy
This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on PicVid website and apps for iOS and any other devices and platforms.
Information we collect
We do not store your images, text prompts, or generated videos in a PicVid user database, and we do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. When you create a video, the image and/or prompt you provide is sent to third-party AI services for safety checks and video creation. These checks help us enforce our content rules in line with Apple’s App Review Guidelines.
Flagged or failed requests may be shared with our private support and moderation team for further review. Third-party services may temporarily retain content under their own policies. Videos saved in PicVid remain on your device until you delete them.
We do not otherwise share your personal information except as needed to provide and support the service, or for purchases as described below.
Share Consumption Data with Apple:
By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process your requests.
General Disclaimer on App Outputs
The app uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create videos.
Rate usage limits might be applied to avoid service abuse and guarantee service uptime to all users.
