Welcome to Picture Snap! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Picture Snap mobile application ("App") operated by us ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
Picture Snap uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform your photos into coloring pages.
Personal Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload images that are illegal, offensive, explicit, or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate this rule.
The App uses generative AI technology to process images.
Accuracy: The results generated by the AI are probabilistic and may not always accurately represent the original image.
Unexpected Outputs: AI may occasionally produce artifacts or unexpected elements. You acknowledge that this is a limitation of the technology.
Picture Snap offers a "Member" or "Pro" subscription ("Subscription") that grants access to premium features.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a weekly or monthly basis as selected at the time of purchase. Payment will be charged to your iTunes/App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) in accordance with their respective refund policies.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
App Content: The App, including its original content (excluding user uploads), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Picture Snap and its licensors.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://sites.google.com/view/picture-snap-privacy/home
In no event shall Picture Snap, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
