xplorematrix develops and operates Picture Puzzle 3D, a game intended for users aged 6 and above. The game includes advertisements and optional in-app purchases.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.
Picture Puzzle 3D uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Depending on advertising settings, age-related restrictions, and applicable consent choices, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share:
IP address, which can be used to estimate approximate location.
Device and other identifiers, including advertising identifiers where permitted.
Information about interactions with the game and advertisements.
Diagnostic information, including crash reports and performance data.

Picture Puzzle 3D offers optional purchases processed through Google Play Billing. Google handles payment information; it does not share your payment method details with us.
Purchase information, such as the purchased product, transaction status, and purchase token, may be processed to verify purchases and provide purchased content or features.

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request and resolve support issues.
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Purchase records may be retained as needed to provide purchased features, resolve transaction issues, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK encrypts collected information in transit using TLS. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Available advertising controls can be managed through your Android device settings and Google’s privacy controls. Available options depend on your device, age, and account settings.
Parents and guardians can also use Google Play’s parental controls and purchase approval settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the game or our data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
