What is pictureMng?
pictureMng is a zero-config Android app that backs up your phone's photos and videos directly to your own PC over home WiFi. No cloud storage, no subscriptions, no size limits — just your phone and your computer.
How it works
pictureMng has two parts:
1. A small server program that runs on your Windows PC — this is what receives and stores your backups. No Docker, no command line — just run the .exe.
2. The Android app — pairs with your PC via QR code and sends your photos/videos over your home WiFi.
Both need to be on the same home network. Setup takes just a few minutes — see the video below.
What you'll need:
- A Windows PC (this acts as your backup server)
- An Android phone
- Both connected to the same home WiFi

3. Get the app — tap "Become a tester", then "Download it on Google Play"
