PicSize (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use our app and how we handle it.
## 1) Overview
PicSize is a photo editing app focused on on-device processing.
Core features such as resize, crop, overlay, text, and collage are processed locally on your device.
We do **not** upload your photos to our own servers for editing.
## 2) Data We Process
When you use PicSize, the app may process:
- Photos you select inside the app (for editing/export on your device)
- Local app data (such as language preference, edit history, and draft state)
- Purchase/entitlement data for Premium (handled through RevenueCat and Apple App Store / Google Play)
We do not access your full photo library in bulk, and we do not collect raw library contents.
## 3) Permissions We Request
PicSize may request the following permissions:
- **Photo Library Access**: to let you pick photos for editing
- **Media Library / Save Photos Access**: to save edited images back to your gallery
- **Camera Access**: only if you choose to take a new photo inside the app
These permissions are used only for the features you choose to use.
## 4) Image Processing & Storage
Image editing is performed locally on-device.
Temporary files generated during editing/export are managed by the operating system.
You can remove locally stored app data by clearing app history and/or uninstalling the app.
## 5) Premium & Payments
PicSize uses **RevenueCat** to manage subscription status (entitlements).
Purchases and restores are handled by **Apple App Store** or **Google Play** billing systems.
Payment card details are processed by Apple/Google, not by PicSize.
Premium package loading, purchasing, restoring, and entitlement verification require internet access.
## 6) Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services for subscription functionality:
- RevenueCat
- Apple App Store / Google Play billing
Please review their privacy policies for how they handle data on their platforms.
## 7) Advertising and Tracking
PicSize does **not** use third-party advertising SDKs in the app.
PicSize does **not** sell personal data.
## 8) Children’s Privacy
PicSize is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can address the issue.
## 9) Your Choices
You can:
- Deny app permissions (some features may not work)
- Manage subscription status through your store account settings
- Remove app data by uninstalling the app
## 10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be reflected with a revised “Last Updated” date.
