"How do I improve my learning experience at EDHEC? How would I like to learn at EDHEC?” Perhaps you have you own idea on how to answer these questions.
That’s why the PIC starts with a 24 hour event where you will talk about your idea, brainstorm about it and gather a team to build the foundations of your project. And if you have no idea but are still interested, come and find the project you want to take part in! At the end of the Hackathon, every team of Innovators must propose a prototype of its project and pitch it on video.
Presented by our partner MakeSense, the Hackathon will consist in multiple creative workshops and will last from Friday 27 January from 18:00 to 24:00 and Saturday 28 January from 9:00 to 17:30.
The videos of the different projects imagined during the Hackathon will be shared in the PIC group on EDHEC Planet (Workplace) and the whole EDHEC Community will be able to vote for the project(s) they want to defend.
Although it would be too late to join a team, if you really like an idea, you can give them critical feedback and idea to make sure they win the challenge!
The Innovation Fair is a physical event where the teams will present their project to the whole community and to professional mentors. It’s the opportunity for them to collect advice from different experts and thus refine their the solutions they propose in their project.
At the end of the fair, the mentors will give a short overview of the projects to the jury.
During this session, the Innovators will have 7 minutes to defend the final version of their project in front of a Jury consisting of Program Directors, EDHEC Managers, Education professionals, etc.
The Jury will choose 3 winning teams that will receive prizes and will be allow to move to the final stage...
The three laureates of the challenge will have the chance to present their project during the EDHEC Research Day that will take place on Lille campus.
From March to June 2017, the winning Innovators will be granted the support necessary to make their project concrete.
The objective is to implement the innovative ideas by the beginning of the new academic year in September 2017.
