Welcome to PicPop (“the App”), a multiplayer social game where users guess which player owns a photo.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Description of the Service

The App allows users to:

• Join multiplayer game rooms

• Share selected photos or videos from their device

• Guess which player owns a displayed photo

• Compete for points and rankings

Photos and videos are used only for gameplay purposes.

3. User Content (Photos & Videos)

By using the App, you agree that:

• You only upload content that you own or have permission to share

• You will not upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

• You grant the App a temporary, limited license to use your selected photos/videos for gameplay

Important:

• Only photos/videos selected by you are used

• Content is not accessed in the background

• Content is stored temporarily and deleted after the game session (or within a reasonable time)

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data and do not sell personal photos or videos.

5. Multiplayer & User Behavior

You agree to:

• Respect other players

• Not harass, bully, or abuse others

• Not attempt to cheat, hack, or disrupt gameplay

We may suspend or ban users who violate these rules.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App may offer:

• Subscriptions (e.g., premium modes, ad removal, emojis)

• In-app purchases

By purchasing:

• You agree to the pricing shown at purchase

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your app store account

7. Ads

The App may display advertisements. Some features may allow you to remove ads via purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App (excluding user content) belong to the App owners, including:

• Design

• Code

• Branding

• Features

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation

• That all features will always be available

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided “as is”

• We are not responsible for damages resulting from use of the App

• We are not responsible for content shared by other users

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Misuse the App

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
