These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PICO TRAIL mobile application (“PICO TRAIL,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using PICO TRAIL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
PICO TRAIL is a mobile puzzle game where players explore 3D environments, connect paths, solve spatial puzzles, and guide PICO through different trails.
Features, content, stages, visual elements, and other parts of the App may be added, modified, or removed through future updates.
You may use PICO TRAIL only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems.
Reverse engineer, modify, copy, redistribute, or exploit the App except where permitted by applicable law.
Use automated or unauthorized methods to manipulate game features, advertising, purchases, rewards, or saved progress.
PICO TRAIL may offer optional in-app purchases.
Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s applicable payment terms and policies.
Prices and availability may vary by country or region. Except where required by applicable law or Apple’s policies, purchases are handled according to the refund and payment procedures provided by Apple.
PICO TRAIL may display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements.
Rewarded advertisements may provide optional in-game benefits, such as hints, additional puzzle assistance, or other rewards. Availability may depend on factors such as internet connectivity, region, advertising availability, and technical conditions.
The core game is designed so that required gameplay progress does not depend on watching rewarded advertisements.
PICO TRAIL may store game progress and settings on your device and may support additional save or synchronization features where available.
Although reasonable efforts are made to preserve saved progress, we cannot guarantee that game data will never be lost due to device changes, deletion of the App, operating system changes, technical failures, or circumstances outside our control.
PICO TRAIL, including its game design, original graphics, characters, interface elements, text, audio, branding, and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of PICO TRAIL or its content to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected App content except as permitted by applicable law.
We may update PICO TRAIL to improve gameplay, add content, fix issues, maintain compatibility, or make other changes.
Some features may change or become unavailable over time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version of the App and, where applicable, revised Terms.
PICO TRAIL may use or interact with third-party services, including Apple services, advertising providers, analytics services, or other technical service providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
PICO TRAIL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruptions, errors, delays, or compatibility issues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use PICO TRAIL.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
These Terms may be updated when PICO TRAIL, applicable laws, or related services change.
When the Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
