The contact cement that Dave VE3KCL has been using and recommending is sold under the LePage brand name as a "Low Odour Contact cement" and is found in packaging like this:
It is interesting to note Dave's comment that it may not be available in the US, usually it is the other way around.
Other suitable types are foam safe CA available from brand names like Bob Smith and Zap.
Other types:
Beacon Foam tac:
and Deluxe Material Foam 2 Foam
These foam safe CA's and the last two (non CA products) are commonly found in Hobby stores catering to the Radio Control fliers but can also be found on eBay and Amazon
UHU has foam safe cement too as someone already noted but be careful with UHU products as they have quite a large selection and they are not all the same.

Low Angle Solar Panel
Most low angle solar collectors use multiple panels at an angle. In this configuration one panel is always pointing away from the sun and is not functioning and is dead weight. Mikael SA6BSS has used a neo magnet that orients the tilted solar panel toasouthern direction and thismethod works very well totransmitspots close to sunrise and sunset.
