Yes, you may cancel your reservation with PickUpRide, but our cancellation policies and fees apply. If you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup, you will be eligible for a refund, minus the following mandatory fees:

• $5 Nonrefundable Booking Fee (covers processing)

• 4% Nonrefundable Bank Fee (covers transaction costs)

We understand that flight changes are sometimes unavoidable. If your flight is delayed or canceled, your reservation may qualify for a refund when you rebook another ride with PickUpRide and provide proof of your flight issue. Yes, if you request a child seat, an additional $20 fee will be added to your booking. This option can be selected during the reservation process, and the charge will automatically be included in your total rate.

Yes, stopovers are allowed, and you can add one for just $20 if it’s along the route to your drop-off location. If the additional stop is out of the way, the fee may vary between $20 and $99 depending on the distance. We kindly ask passengers to keep stopovers brief, as extended waiting time may result in extra charges. This policy ensures we can keep your ride efficient while still offering flexibility when needed. 

Absolutely, you’re welcome to bring your own child seat at no additional cost. We encourage families to do so, as it provides both comfort and safety for young passengers during the trip. Our drivers are happy to assist with installation if necessary, ensuring your child travels securely. 

Yes, our drivers provide luggage assistance as a courtesy to all passengers. For oversized or extra-heavy bags, there is a $20 fee as a gratuity for the driver, given the additional effort required. Please note that passengers are expected to assist with oversized luggage to ensure safety and proper handling. This way, we can make your travel smooth while still respecting our drivers’ well-being.
