when and where are meetups?

We meet every Sunday at 12pm unless it's raining. We usually meet at Caldecott Field located in the North Oakland Regional Sports Center at 6900 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94618 or at Bushrod Park depending on its availability. Sign up for email updates to get confirmation on where we're meeting each Sunday. If Caldecott Field is unavailable, we will email everyone ahead of time with the new location.

do i need to register to join?

No registration required — just sign up for our email list and sign the waiver to get notifications for where we're meeting each week. Drop-ins welcome!We don't require any tryouts or membership fees, and we welcome players of all genders, skill levels, and income levels. PBF strives to foster an accessible and inclusive community for all baseball fans.

Do I need to bring any gear or equipment?

Nope. Extra gloves and bats are available for anyone who needs them.We will not turn people away for not having certain equipment.

What is the PBF privacy policy?

We collect email addresses and names through a google form, the responses are collected and manipulated in a restricted google sheet using apps script.
Names and email addresses are not investigated. signups are not doxxed.
