Pick Note Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Pick Note app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by IBLOGIC (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service.
This service is intended for use “AS IS.”

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects minimal information when you download and use it. It does not automatically collect analytics data, page visit data, or device information.

The Application does not gather precise location information about your mobile device.

For account creation and authentication, the Application requires you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

This information is stored securely and used solely for authentication and account management purposes.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, or limited marketing promotions.

Third-Party Access

The Application utilizes Firebase Authentication services for secure user authentication.
Firebase is a third-party service provider with its own privacy policy regarding data handling.

The Application may also use other third-party services that have their own privacy policies.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided Information:

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it.
You may use your device’s standard uninstall process or remove the app from your mobile marketplace account.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.

If you’d like the Service Provider to delete data that you have provided, please contact iblogic3@gmail.com, and they will respond within a reasonable time.
Upon verification, your account and related data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Your account information is stored securely on Firebase servers operated by Google.
All communication with Firebase is encrypted via HTTPS, and stored data is encrypted at rest for your protection.

Children’s Privacy

The Application does not target or knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from their servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact iblogic3@gmail.com so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information.
They maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect data processed and stored by the Application.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.
The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically, as continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
