Optional Name Disclosure: You may choose to provide your name when contributing to court activity updates. This is entirely voluntary.
Court Activity Data: Information you submit about court usage, including number of courts in use and queue status.
We do not collect personal identifying information unless you voluntarily provide your name
We do not track your location
We do not collect device identifiers or other technical data
We do not use analytics services or tracking technologies
We use the information collected solely to:
Display real-time court activity status to all users
Maintain queue information for the community
Provide the core functionality of the App
We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties
We do not use third-party analytics services
Information is only shared within the App community as part of the court activity display
All data is stored securely on our servers
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information
Community-contributed data (court status, queue information) is visible to all App users as intended functionality
Name Disclosure: You can choose whether or not to provide your name when updating court information
App Usage: You can stop using the App at any time
Data Deletion: You may contact us to request deletion of any personal information you have provided
Our App is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy in the App and update the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
