Procedures

1. Work is due on the deadline assigned.  Written work should be turned into your class hour's tray; Digital work should be uploaded into Google Classroom.

2. Cell phone usage during class time is NOT an option. 

3. e-HallPasses are required to leave the classroom for any reason (restroom, locker, library, counselor).

4. Come to class with ALL materials every day unless otherwise directed.

5. Every student will be able to use ONE free late homework assignment each quarter.  This means that if you forget your work at home or forget to do the work, you may turn it in on the next school day without penalty to your grade on that assignment.  Subsequent late homework assignments will receive one grade lower within that quarter. This does not apply to projects, long essays or tests.

Expectations

I expect each student to conduct him/herself appropriately at all times in my classroom:  Be respectful toward all in the class;  Manage your own behavior and accept responsibility for the consequences of negative behavior.

I expect each student to take ownership of his/her own learning:  Work hard by completing all assignments and putting forth 100% effort to maximize what you learn and accomplish in the classroom; Take pride in your work.

I expect each student to succeed:  Be proactive in asking for help; Be excited and positive about your learning for you will carry it with you when you leave here and embark on new adventures in life.

Looseleaf paper/binder or Spiral notebook

Index cards 

Sticky Notes

*Earbuds (for chromebooks)
