Terms and Conditions - Premium Version (In-App Purchase)

Premium Version is a one‑time, non‑consumable in‑app purchase that permanently unlocks the full story and all available choices within the app.

Purchase & Access

•  This purchase is a one‑time payment that grants lifetime access to all currently available story content.

•  Once purchased, the Premium Version can be restored on any device linked to the same Apple ID using the Restore Purchases option in the app.

Non‑Consumable Product

•  This is a non‑consumable in‑app purchase.

•  You will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase additional optional content in the future.

Content Availability

•  Premium access unlocks all story chapters and choices available at the time of purchase.

•  Future updates or new content may be added at the developer’s discretion.

Refunds

•  Refunds are handled directly by Apple through the App Store.

•  The developer cannot issue refunds or override Apple’s refund decisions.

Device & Account Requirements

•  Access to the Premium Version requires the same Apple ID used to make the purchase.

•  Deleting or reinstalling the app does not remove your entitlement; you can restore it at any time.

Changes to the App

•  Features, content, or functionality may change as the app evolves.

•  Your Premium access remains valid regardless of future updates.

Privacy & Data

•  Use of the app is subject to the app’s Privacy Policy.

•  No personal payment information is stored by the developer; all transactions are processed securely by Apple.
