Metadata records from the instance of Geonetwork 2 on the rented server (67.212.128.196/geonetwork/) were saved and converted into different formats.
First, all records were exported as XML files. Then, all xml files in FGDC format were processed with the Arc Catalog/ArcTools/Metadata/Export Metadata Multiple for converting them into ISO19115.
Finally, these xml files in ISO19115 (preliminary converted into ISO 19139) were uploaded partially to tcode.tinro.ru/geonetwork/ (GeoNetwork 3.4.3).
On Google Drive, available are
1) a backup file that may be used to upload all metadata records available on 67.212.128.196/geonetwork/ at the end of March of 2019 into a Geonetwork 2 instance again if needed
2) all records as XML files in the FGDC format
3) all records as XML files in the FGDC format by countries of origin (contains a string "<country>Country_name<") (Some records may be associated with countries incorrectly) <!-- WARNING: assignment of records to countries is ambiguous and may require correction -->
