Scope of the workshop
The International Workshop on High-Tc Nickelate Superconductivity aims to bring together leading experts and emerging researchers to discuss the rapidly evolving physics of nickelate superconductors and their relationship to other strongly correlated quantum materials. Since the discovery of superconductivity in infinite-layer nickelates, the field has experienced remarkable progress in materials synthesis, experimental characterization, and theoretical understanding. This workshop provides a focused platform for exchanging the latest results, identifying key open questions, and fostering collaborations across the global community.
The program will cover developments in thin-film growth, bulk materials, advanced spectroscopy, numerical simulations, and theoretical modeling. By bringing together diverse perspectives, the workshop seeks to clarify the mechanisms of superconductivity, the role of electronic correlations and orbital physics, and the broader connections between nickelates, cuprates, and other unconventional superconductors.
