When users register a PIAPSPEED account and provide personal registration information as required.
When users use the PIAPSPEED Network or visit its related web pages, the PIAPSPEED Network automatically receives and records data from the user's browser to the server, including but not limited to the IP address and the pages accessed by the user.
Use of Information:
PIAPSPEED Network will not sell or lease users' personal information to any third party without the user's prior consent.
PIAPSPEED Network also prohibits any third party from collecting, editing, selling, or freely distributing users' personal information by any means. Any user found engaging in such activities will have their service agreement with PIAPSPEED Network immediately terminated and their account blocked.
To provide better services to users, PIAPSPEED Network may use users' personal information to offer services, including but not limited to sending product and service information to users.
Disclosure of Information:
User personal information may be partially or fully disclosed under the following circumstances:
Disclosure to third parties with the user's consent.
Disclosure to third parties or administrative and judicial authorities in accordance with applicable laws or at the request of such authorities.
Disclosure to third parties if the user violates relevant Chinese laws or the policies of this website.
Bank account information provided by users while using PIAPSPEED Network will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with relevant confidentiality agreements.
Other Provisions:
PIAPSPEED Network hereby solemnly reminds users to carefully read the terms of this agreement, especially those that exempt PIAPSPEED Network from liability or limit users' rights. Users should assess the risks independently. Minors should readthis agreement under the supervision of their legal guardians.
The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to PIAPSPEED Network, which reserves the right to interpret and revise it.
This agreement is effective from April 2, 2025
