This year’s event will be held at Hurdalsjøen Hotell & Spa, located in a quiet natural setting on the shore of Lake Hurdal (Hurdalsjøen), about 45 minutes north of Oslo. The hotel offers modern conference facilities, accommodation on site, and access to outdoor areas suitable for informal discussions and breaks. Its secluded location provides a focused environment for scientific exchange with all workshop activities taking place in one place.
We have reserved a limited number of rooms from the 14th June. Please book the Extended Conference ticket if you are to arrive on June 14th.
How to get there?
From OSL Gardermoen Airport, the most convenient way to reach Hurdalsjøen Hotell is by taxi, which takes about 30 minutes. We will also organize direct transport from and to the airport at no additional cost. Detailed transport instructions and schedules will be provided closer to the workshop.
Are you arriving by car, the hotel offers free parking.
