The Schedule

At your convenience, we would be most grateful if you could kindly add the title of your talk directly to the schedule in the shared document. This will help us keep the program accurate and up to date for all participants.

25 min slots : 20 min talk+5 min questions

15 min slots : 12 min talk+3 min questions

If you are planning to present a poster, please find the guidelines from ACP here:

"If there is a poster session during your conference, you are welcome to hang a poster at any time. There is masking tape along the hallway for you to hang your poster on the walls in Smart Hall. Please do not move trash receptacles, plants, or furniture to hang your poster. Please do not hang your poster over building signs, doors, blackboards. The maximum size is 5’x’5’ but smaller posters are easier to hang than larger posters."

If you are planning to present a poster, please pick either of the poster sessions, you are welcome to present your poster on both poster sessions. We will be grateful if you kindly add your poster title in the shared schedule document.
