Introduction
The Normal Physical Set is a set-theoretical geometric model for the physical sciences concerned with matter, energy, motion and force. The foundational Geodetic Set depicts a background radiation field associated with the substratal Particle Set to illustrate the contemporary disciplines of wave mechanics and quantum physics from the sub-atomic through to the molecular level. Multiple modularity inherent to the Particle Set extends the theoretical framework to incorporate dynamic, time-space, and relativistic dimensions of particulate matter.
A trichotomous presentation of the Physical Set culminates in the Bi-Pedal Mechanism consequential to natural processes of thermo-dynamics. The Physical Set therefore establishes a framework for balanced long-run constancy of planetary energy systems.
Earth's Energy Systems
The Earth is powered by a duplex energy system comprised of an Internal Engine mechanised by Geo-Dynamic Energy, and an External Engine of solar energy emanating from the Sun.
As an open system in the universe, these energy systems transfer mass with space to regulate geo-subsystems constituted by the geo-dynamo system, the plate tectonic system and the climate system. Synchronous fluctuations of the geo-subsystems are characterised by shifting states of equilibrium that may be static, dynamic, unstable (dis-equilibrium), or stable (equilibrium) such as to systematically restore sustainability and preconditions habitable for life on earth.
