WELCOME - Physical Foundations aim is to coach children ages 5 - 11 years the foundations needed to become physically literate. We allow each child to become competent and confident to participate in a range of sports whilst gaining vital social and psychological skills.
Physical Foundations deliver the PE national curriculum within Primary Schools across Hull and deliver Multi - Sports Holiday Clubs.
JOE TOMLINSON - Coaching Development Manager
Joe has over 10 years experience of coaching at the 5-11 age group, working across many Primary Schools in Hull. Having worked in various roles for the FA as both coach and Tutor he has extensive knowledge of grassroots football, mentoring coaches and up-skilling teachers.
Qualifications - Level 3 in Primary PE, Football UEFA B, FA Youth Award, Futsal Level 2, Tutor.
