In the pursuit of our mission, we aim to identify primary targets for interventions to promote sustained physical activity participation, identify intervention techniques and strategies that work best, and to determine for whom interventions work better

Physical activity psychology is the study of human movement and mind

across a range of physical activity settings


Areas of Expertise: Factors related to physical activity behavior; health behavior theories, longitudinal methods, questionnaire and survey design; measurement of physical activity, systematic review and meta-analysis.
