Cardio: Heart pumping exercises (walking, running, swimming, biking, most high intensity sports)
Strength: Muscle building exercises (body weight exercises, weight workouts, exercise machines)
Frequency: How often/how many reps will you do each exercise?
Intensity: What intensity level will you exercise at (low, medium, hard)?
Type: What activities/exercises will you do?
Time: How many minutes will you exercise in each session?
