Innovation and Creativity in the Teaching –Learning process:
We know the present generation is passionate about gadget especially on smart phones. So we use this gadget as a tool of teaching-learning process. Firstly we create different groups for all the year and semesters and use these groups to communicate with all our students as a form of giving assignments, study materials etc. So all the students remain in our close contact always and we can aware them about classroom study topic and home assignments irrespective of their absence in that particular class.
Group study is another key method of our departmental teaching learning process. Firstly different topics are given to various groups from our student, then they have to ask for a poster presentation by discussing in the group and surfing Internets.
We always motivate our student to be updated with knowledge by surfing internet for various assignments and presentation. Frequent internet surfing about topics related to their curriculum keeps them updated about their study material.
We always use improvised technique for our field activity as our playground is not up to the mark in size.
ICT classes help the students to visualize different techniques, methods and facts related to their curriculum which helps to open the inner eyes of the students.
Time to time ICT presentation by the selected student motivate them for further in-depth study.
After all question answer session in every class between teacher and students make our classes lively and its helps the teacher to identify the short comes of his/her teaching as well as it is helpful for the student for clearing their doubts.
