Tryout Information

We will be holding tryouts from April 25-28. Tryouts will be held in the big gym at Parkview High School after school on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:00-6:30pm. Anyone interested in trying out will be taught a cheer, a dance, a chant, and stunting techniques. These will be taught on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Applicants will be judged on the cheer, dance, jumps (a toe touch and a jump of your choice), the chant, and tumbling if applicable. Applicants will also need to fill out the tryout application and secure three teacher recommendations. Please email any questions to phscheersps@gmail.com.

Decisions about the 2022-2023 team will be made by Friday, April 29 and posted to this website and our Cheer Instagram @phscheersps
