Capstone

  • September: Choose and meet with your advisor

  • End of October: Develop project proposal

  • End of November: Final project proposal

  • January-May: Research logs (one source per month) and creating a timeline for project completion

Workplace Readiness Course

  • Completion of Workplace Readiness Course (1 semester, .5 credits)

Senior Year

Portfolio

  • Create a portfolio presentation demonstrating your mastery and growth in the PHS Learning Expectations

  • Present your portfolio to a panel explaining how your assignments demonstrate mastery and growth in the PHS Learning Expectations.

Capstone

  • By the end of January, your project should be completed

  • February: Submit draft of reflection paper

  • March: Submit final reflection paper

  • End of March: All written materials and presentation work to be turned into advisor

  • Presentation

Workplace Readiness Course

  • Completion of Workplace Readiness Course, if not completed during junior year (1 semester, .5 credits)

  • Presentation of Career Portfolio
