Transcripts

What are Transcripts?

Transcripts include your high school records (e.g. grades, GPA, senior class size, etc).

You will need your transcript for College/Community College Application and Scholarship Applications (see their respective webpages for more information).

Tip #9: Colleges consider your progress throughout high school, so keep improving your grades!

How do I send or get my transcript?

Complete your transcript requests 2 weeks in advance of when you need them!

PHS Transcripts for College Applications:

Applying to college with CFNC.org? Follow these instructions.

Applying to college with Common App? Your counselor will upload your transcript for you. Make sure to designate your application deadline (visible on each school's application) so that the counselors know when to upload your transcript by.

Applying to the school's website? Follow the CFNC.org transcript instructions above OR have PHS send it for you by completing this form.

PHS Transcripts for Scholarships:

Complete this form to request an "official" transcript be sent to yourself! Do not open your "official", sealed transcript envelope if you are asked to include an "official" transcript. Opening the envelope makes the transcript "unofficial."

*Note: It can sometimes take a day or so to have the transcript processed. You will not be notified when it is processed, but I can assure you that Ms. Petty is on it. Request your transcript at least a week in advance to alleviate the stress of waiting for it!

Piedmont Community College (PCC) Transcripts for College Applications and Scholarships:

Need a PCC Transcript? Go to this website, click Transcript Request Form, and follow the instructions.
