Please view your child's Genesis account to see what they need in order to be ready to play!

1. Log in to Genesis Account

2. If the player's last physical was after 3/1/22, download packet B

3. If the player needs a physical, download packet A

All paperwork needs to be returned to The Nurse ASAP or by 3/1/23 in order to play.

Please see the attached form for Impact testing, which is also required.
